Our detailed booking terms and conditions are outlined below. Should you have any further queries or requests ahead of your visit, please do not hesitate to contact us. 

An e-mail address must be provided upon making a booking at our restaurant, as this link will be provided on booking confirmation e-mails.

Table Reservation Terms & Conditions

Reservation Duration
Tables are available for two hours, after which they will be re-booked. Please contact us if you would like to stay at your table for longer than two hours. 

We respectfully ask that you are ready to be seated at the time of your reservation to ensure the best possible level of service to all of our guests. If you are running late, we kindly ask that you notify us by telephone at your earliest convenience.

Should you wish to have a drink prior to being seated, please arrive earlier or change your reservation to a later time. You may continue your experience in the bar or on the terrace (weather permitting) for drinks after your meal.

Cancellation Policy
A credit or debit card will be required to guarantee bookings of 8 or more people. We require at least 24 hours notice for bookings of 8 or more people for every cancellation. For bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours  notice for the large party bookings we will charge £10.00 per person if we are unable to resell the table. In the event that you do not show up, we will charge £15.00 per person.

We are sorry that cancellation charges have become necessary but regrettably our experience dictates this precaution.

Our Dog Policy

Our Downstairs restaurant is dog friendly, if you are bringing your dog, please inform us at your time of booking.

Table Allocation
Due to the large number of requests, unfortunately we cannot guarantee window tables or specific areas when taking reservations, but we will do our best to accommodate your requests. Your understanding is appreciated.

As a guide, if you choose to dine early and leave your table by 20.15 or later, or book a table from 20.30, there is a higher chance we are able to offer you a window table/a specific area of the restaurant. However, we cannot always guarantee this availability due to other bookings and table configurations.

Food Safety and Allergens
We cater for most dietary requirements and have strict policies in place for customers with food allergies. We are happy to respond to any specific requests for further information regarding allergens in our kitchens prior to your visit. All of our managers, wait staff, chefs and kitchen staff are fully trained on our allergen policy and any questions can be answered prior to orders being taken.

B&B Room Booking Terms & Conditions

Room Payment Details

For all bookings we require credit/debit card details to guarantee payment. An email will be sent confirming the booking. The balance is due on departure. We accept the following forms of payment: cash, debit card or credit card. (We are unable to accept Diners Club card). 
Prices are per room per night and include Full English breakfast and all taxes. For 2 people per room.

Room Cancellation Policy

In the unlikely event of your booking being cancelled or curtailed, we are entitled by law to charge for booked accommodation not taken up. If cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival a cancellation fee of £30.00 per room will be charged against the card details provided. Cancellation within 48hrs of arrival (or non-arrival or curtailment of stay) will result in the full amount being charged. We will endeavour to re-let the accommodation on your behalf and, if successful, will refund the cost less the cancellation fee of £30.00. Deposits are non-returnable if cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival and we are unable to re-let the accommodation. To avoid any mis-understanding, we recommend all our guests to insure against cancellation.

Room Non-Availability

We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.

Room Arrival & Departure

Your accommodation is available to you from 2pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. Please be ready to leave your accommodation by 10.00am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged. Your bill for the accommodation and any extras or services taken during your stay is payable on departure.

Room Damages & Breakages

You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you or any member of your party cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit/ debit card, or we may send you an invoice, for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant. 

Liability

We do not accept liability for damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.

Pets

Pets are permitted in specific rooms and by prior Arrangement Only.

Travel Cots and Extra Beds

Travel cots are available with no extra charge and extra beds are available at the extra charge of £25.00

Both need to be reserved at the time of booking.
