In order to secure your booking, we require a £10 deposit per person. Please ensure your deposit is paid in full at least 14 days prior to your booking. This deposit will be redeemed  against your final bill.
How to pay your deposit
By cash in person at The Royal George or by credit or debit card (over the phone or in person).
Cancellation Policy
Should you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Deposits will be returned if we have a minimum of 14 days’ notice prior to the date of the booking.
Confirming numbers
Should there be a change to your numbers, we’d be grateful if you could let us know prior to the event.
We require pre-orders of food, and we welcome any pre orders of drinks as well. Please ensure we receive these at least seven days prior to your booking.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the pre-order provided is accurate and we are made aware of any dietary requirements in advance.
